Returns Policy 

Does allow returns? 

We will accept returns in some cases. We realize that mistakes can happen. Items stocked in our warehouse may be returned within 14 days from receipt. Items not stocked in our warehouse are not returnable and include Crate Engines, Transmissions and other large items which ship by freight or items that are drop shipped directly from Ford Racing Performance Parts. Just give us a call if you are uncertain about any aspect of our return policy. Items related to electrical may not be returned. Items unopened and in the original container are eligible for return. Some items appearing in our catalog may be discontinued and would not be returnable.

Please call for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns for any reason without an R.A. number. Our goal is to provide you with the right part. Let us know what we can do to help. If you are unsure about your order, please call us toll free at 1-888-743-9375.

How do I make arrangements to return an item? 

Contact us at 1-888-743-9375 or email us at for a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Once you have received authorization for your return, you have 14 days to return it for a refund or exchange.

How quick will my item ship? 

All orders received Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST should ship same day. In most cases, items ordered that are not available in our warehouse will drop ship from Ford Racing Performance Parts within 24 hours of the order date. Please allow 3 to 5 days for most shipment to arrive.


Can I have my order shipped faster? 

Yes, please choose "expedited" shipping options when you order. We can use any shipping method you prefer. However, there will be an additional fee for this method.
How long will it take to receive my item once it is shipped? 
Your Item will ship USPS "Priority Mail" or UPS "Regular Ground". Expect 2 to 3 days for delivery once your item is shipped via "Priority Mail." You may use the shipping map below to determine the time it would take to receive your item once it is shipped via "UPS Regular Ground".




How do I know my order has shipped? 

Once your order shipped you will receive an e-mail giving you detailed tracking information.


Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. The minimum shipping expense will be $14.99.  NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT. Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.


Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are estimated on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may 
have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.




Shipment By UPS
We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.




Delivery Time
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.




Consolidated Shipments
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.




Express Shipping
All orders requesting express shipping (Next day air, 2nd day air, etc.) will be estimated at a higher rate. Our website does not have access to actual stock on hand. For any questions, call us at 1-888-743-9375.




Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping and will need pre approval before the order will ship. This can be done by placing a comment in the comment section when placing your order. All orders that do not have pre approval will be placed on hold until approval is received in writing.




Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.




Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.




Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
